Hey pug friends, CFPR has an amazing raffle taking place right now.

It is an oil painting of a PUG ( duh). But the coolness of this painting is that it is painted by Brenda Philips who is the grand-niece of CLAUDE MONET. She is a prominent artist in the St. Augustine community.

Willow Needs Your Help!

This is Willow, a sweet little pug girl that has had some real medical issues lately! She came into rescue heartworm positive and had a bad reaction to her second treatment. Her vet bills are mounting! If you are able to make a donation for her care it would be greatly appreciated! Its that time of year again! Feb 4th from 8am until 2pm. CFPR will be holding a garage sale.

100% of the money raised will be going to vet care for our pugs. Just in the month of January so far, we have a pug needing surgery for his eyes, treated injuries for a pug hit by a car, and treated a pug who had a reaction to treatment for heart worms that spent the weekend at the emergency vet. Our pugs need your support!

Baxter has been found!

Baxter has been found! Thank you to everyone involved in bringing him home safely! He is home with his family resting peacefully tonight.

Please Help us find Baxter. He is an adopted pug that got away from his owner this afternoon. Please look at the flyer below and pass it around to everyone. Lets bring him home safe and sound.

CFPR wants to shout out a big Thank You to ALL of our Volunteers, Adoptive Families and our Foster Parents for all the hard work, dedication and love that you give our Pugs each and every day.

To our Adoptive Families: We are so thankful for your love of pugs and opening your hearts and homes to rescue a baby that had no home, was neglected, or just needed someone to love them.

To our Volunteers: We are thankful to you for all the help and dedication you provide CFPR throughout the year. Without your help we would not be able to continue to sustain and do what we do for our pugs.

To our Foster Families: A very special message for you. We are so very grateful for you opening up your homes and hearts to take in pugs in need of medical care, love, food and shelter. You love them as if they were your very own and without you we would not be able to rescue the amount of pugs that we do each year.

We are also thankful for all of our fans and our Pug’s fans who have donated this year to support the pugs. Your donations have helped so many in need of medical attention for diabetes, heartworms, surgeries, and so many other procedures and conditions.

Shelby has been found!

Update: 10/28/11: Thank you to all of you who helped get Shelby home. He was turned in to a local animal shelter. He does have a dislocated hip and will be going to the vet, but all in all he is ok.

Please help find our Shelby! One of our adoptive moms and volunteers informed us that Shelby got out last night.

He is a fawn male and neutered. If you have any information or have seen Shelby, please contact us at 407-756-4998.

He is microchipped. He was last seen in the backyard of his own home in Deltona. The nearest intersection to the home is NewMark and Tree Haven Drive. The next main road is Howland. This is in the Angela Lake Area.

Please help bring Shelby home safe!

Samson has been found!

Update: Samson has been found and he is safe and sound. Thank you to everyone who helped in his safe return home. Thank you to all of the volunteers for both CFPR and Proof for working together to bring him home safely. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the day spa who found him. We can not show our gratitude enough for all of your efforts.

Our very own Samson has gone missing. He is wearing CFPR ID tags and is microchipped. He is a fawn pug and is very timid and scared. He was last seen in the Clermont area. If you see him, please contact us right away. 407-756-4998. He is afraid of men and will be hiding most likely. He does respond to his name. Please help us get Samson home safe.

Please, we need your help! Meet Zoe. She has pyometra which is a severe infection of the uterus. She has had a full hysterectomy and an emergency spay. She pulled through surgery, but is very critical. This infection can be fatal. She is also diabetic. She is extremely thin and is barely eating. She is a fighter and managed to wagged her tail today when given love and kisses. Our vet has been trying to stabilize her, but we need help.
