Bruiser aka Shadow

Congratulations Bruiser on your forever home!

UPDATE 12/12/11: Guess who is back and looking for a forever home again??? Yup its me Bruiser aka Shadow. I was adopted earlier this year, but sadly my family couldn’t keep me so I am back with the CFPR family again. It’s ok because I know they will find me the perfect home I can spend the rest of my days in.

I am already neutered, micro chipped and up to date on my shots. I am a lovable guy and if you think you might have a place in your heart and your house please fill out an application and ask for me!

Shadow is doing great! He and Myles are best friends! Shadow has already lost 7 pounds (per vet recommendation). We take long walks, cuddle and just love our new addition to our family!

I was his foster mom for a while. I am in touch with his new foster home most every day. He is doing well. adapting well to his surroundings and larger “hairy brother” and very small “hairless brother”. He has finished up his meds for an ear infection. He still needs a dental. Which will be done after the first of the year.

He sure is a cutie. I am interested in him! We had a pu 2 years ago and unfortunatly he passed away with pre-existing illness. Our family was devestated! Expecially my now 6 year old son. We are looking at adopting another one.

Is Bruiser potty trained and does he have any illnesses? Please feel free to contact me about him! He would have a forever home with our family!

      Hi Christi,
Bruiser will make a great pug for the right family. His foster mom will be able to give you much more information about him. I see you commented on Odo too. He is approx 5 1/2 years old. He is pretty much completely blind due to an incident he had prior to arriving in rescue. He gets around very well and you would never know he couldn’t see by looking at him. I fostered him for a while, so I know him pretty well. The best thing to do would be to fill out an application. You can put both pugs on there and Brittany, our Adoption Coordinator will put you in touch with the foster moms to talk with them about both pugs. You can decide to meet them both if you like providing they are both stil available. We would love to help you find the right pug for your family. Thanks, Dana-Medical Director

Shadow is currently my foster boy, he is doing so well and he really is a handsome loveable boy. He is getting along well with his foster sister who is an ausie heeler and his human brother who is 2. Shadow is a snuggler and even gets lots of love from his foster dad. He is a really sweet guy and no matter what deserves the right forever family.
