Congratulations Cooper on your forever home!

Hello everyone!  I’m Cooper and I just came into rescue.  I am only 18 months old and I am adorable.

I am potty trained and neutered, so I still have to see doc for my shots and microchip.

I am a playful little guy and I have no problem vocalizing my opinion.
