Odysseus
Congratulations Ody on your forever home!
I am Odysseus, though you can call me Ody for short. Like my Greek hero namesake, I have been searching for my forever home for YEARS battling all kinds of monsters that keep getting in my way. I have limited vision in one of my eyes, but that never keeps me down. Although they say I am 7 years old, a few years has never slowed me any. I can keep up with the most active puppy or small human, and LOVE to play (although, please, not with cats. They are a complete nuisance.) And despite my ability to romp and roughhouse with the best of them, I remain a true gentleman, always behaved, gentle with the youngsters, obedient to commands and NEVER having accidents where I ought not to have them! Although I am quite sociable, I prefer sleeping in my own bed, thank you, and I would never consider jumping on furniture or people unless specifically invited. As befits a hero, I am in perfect health, up to date on my shots, neutered and am micro-chipped.
One other thing I have learned in my travels…I can imitate the sounds of the monsters I have come across…and this little talent never fails to amuse and startle my foster mom! Nothing like the gurgling howl of the Charybdis sneaking up behind you to keep you on your toes!

I’m interested in adopting Odysseus, I have tried to adopt one at CPR, they check all references, I have a gold retriver, so someone came to our house with a pug to see hoe my dog would react, and everything was just fine, the only reason the adoption is not finished is because they don’t have pug ready for me, you can check it out.
I live in Coral Springs, please contact me if you have any question

Good evening Lilian. We are so glad to hear that you are interested in this sweet boy. Please fill out our adoption application and that will start the process.
Thank You.
Hello. I would love to adopt one of your beautiful pugs. I live in Pensacola…is that too far away to adopt with you? Thank you!
Hi Jessica,
I am Ody’s foster mom, and the Adoption Coordinator for CFPR and I did receive your application. We do not have any distance restriction on adoptions, however we do require a home visit as part of the process. Currently we are reaching out to a rescue group closer to your area to see if they could do a home visit for us.
Hi Jessica. We’ve adopted outy pugs from all over Florida and even Georgia and we are just so thrilled you are interested in adopting one of our puggies. Please go ahead and fill out our adoption form, and if there is a specific pug you are interested in, please include their name. Once we receive your application, it will be forwarded to our adoption coordinator, Stephanie.
Ody is still available and ready to move to his forever home!
