Hi, my name is Susie and I am 6 year fawn old female pug that was surrendered to the SPCA in Lakeland. I’m a chunky little girl with extra personality. I love to stick close to my foster mom and I get along well with her 2 other pugs Reggie and Lucy. I am very people friendly and a good lap dog. All I really want isto be close to someone.
My foster mom thinks I would do well in a single or multiple dog home and should probably only be placed with someone who is home during the day as I am dependent on people. I have some food allergies (Beef and Chicken) as well as being allergic to grass, but I am potty trained and love to go outside. I receive monthly antigen injections to treat my allergies. and I am already spayed and UTD on my vaccinations.
My New Home
Today I arrived at my new Mom’s house. Helen was waiting at the door with pre-cut carrots for a snack. My new mom has the cutest pug stuff throughout her house; she has been a pug lover for a long time. I sat by Helen’s feet while she talked to my foster mom. (I’m going to be really happy here) I got a little anxious when my foster mom left, but I will be fine. Helen is planning to take me to a family bridal shower tomorrow to show me off! I can’t wait!

“I am sooo excited I am getting my baby Susie on Sat. I lost my Mack Feb 5th He was 13 years old then I lost my Boo Boo on April 25th. I have been so sad I met Susie and was in love with her from the moment I seen her she will be very happy with me I spoiled my babies so bad and I miss them Susie and I will have a great life THANK YOU”
I live just outside of Lakeland in Bartow. Do you still have Susie? I have an 8 yr old pug named Chloe. She’s my precious princess, fixed, potty trained, etc. She is also people dependent but is able to get by while we work everyday. I have always wanted to get her a companion. She also has the same grass allergies.

I met Susie this weekend at Petco and what a sweet, loving little girl. She would make anyones home complete.You just want to hold her and give her hugs and love.
