Hi, I’m Lexy. I am a female, pug mix, approximately 2 years old. I was found as a stray, so my age is a guesstimate. I’m a sweet girl, house broken and a real cuddler! I love being with my foster family. I still have a lot of puppy in me, and yes, I do like to chew on things…soft things…hard things…I’m an equal opportunity chewer! My foster mom bought me some chew bones, and I like them a lot, but don’t get me wrong, if I see a stuffed animal laying around IT’S MINE!!!
I should mention that I have a little anxiety meeting new people. When strangers approach me I can get a bit snippy, so it is best to approach me slowly and cautiously. However once I get to know someone, we are friends for life!!! Also, I prefer to sleep with my human family, but sometimes I have to sleep with my foster family’s pug Cosmo. He sleeps in the laundry room behind a baby gate. I don’t like the baby gate, so guess what I did…I chewed through it! I showed them! Nobody puts Lexy behind a gate!!!
I am UTD on my shots and have been spayed. I am ready for my forever home.
All in all, I’m a cute, sweet, little girl, with a lot of energy and lot’s of love to give.
