Jack

Update: 3/4/12:  We love you Jack.  We will miss you.  Here is a special message from your mom:

To My Dearest Son – Jack,

Mommy is writing you this letter to say Thank-you. Thank-you for all the great times we’ve had. I remember when

I first picked you up, and saw that sweet adorable face of yours. Watching you go outside with the girls, running all

around the yard. I also remember the first time I took you out to go pee, you lifted your leg right on my foot. And,

when you finally made yourself at home, you and Edith became a couple. I thought that was so sweet. I really do

wish I had done things differently though. Like when that time came for me, your foster mommy to move back to Michigan. I

should have adopted you, right then, but I didn’t. Instaed, I gave you to another foster parent. I could not get you out of

my mind nor heart, after I left you behind. So, I did what needed to be done. I came back and adopted you. We had a

long flight back to MI, but we did it. I’ll also never forget what you did in the terminal at the airport. You remember

what you did on the people mover – you pooped. Thank goodness the pilot from our flight was kind enough to stop the

mover so I could clean up your little mishap. And when we did finally get home, boy-o-boy, were your sisters glad to

see you. Even your sister Miss. Suzie had to give you her gator chomp greeting, of course. Then came Christmas Eve.

That’s when your health started to go down hill. But, this letter isn’t meant to talk about the sad or bad times we’ve had.

This letter is to let you know how much we all love you and will miss you dearly. And to let you know, it’s OK Baby Boy,

you’re in a great place. You are in Gods home now. And I know that you also have a lot of other Pugs to play with too.

I’m quite sure you look very handsome with your angel wings. You’ll have a angel girlfriend in no time. Now, mommy

may cry for you, and that’s OK Baby Boy, mommy will be fine. Just remember, mommy loves you and, we will be

together again before you know it, forever. In the mean time – Jack, be a good boy for God. I will ALWAYS Love You !!!

All Our Love,

Mommy, Suzie, Edith, Bailey, Cassie, Krash, & Mia

and from all the wonderful peoples lives you have so dearly touched,

especially all our wondeful friends from CFPR

XOXOXO

P.S. – Yes Jack !!!  If it hadn’t been for CFPR, we would have never been !!!

Congratulations Jack on your forever home!

Update: 10/24/11:  I have been given the all clear for adoption.  Yay!  I will need to remain on Theophylline for the rest of my life to help with my coughing, but I otherwise am a healthy pug.

Update: 8/11/11:  It turns out that I had staff infection.  I am doing much better and the medicine the doctor gave me really did the trick.  I am having a little trouble breathing at night so I am on theophylline to open up my passageways to make it a little easier to breathe.  So far so good.  Please check back soon to see when I am ready to find my forever home.

Update: 8/1/11: I am going back in to see the doctor as I am having trouble breathing at night and my skin is itchy.  We will see what is going on and I will let all of you know.  Please check back soon to see how I’m doing.

Hi There!  I’m Jack and I am a 10 year old fawn male.  I have been through a lot in my life and am really loving my new foster home with my foster sisters.  I have a very narrow trachea which makes it difficult for me to breathe sometimes, but I am on Theophylline and doing very well.  It is possible I will not need to remain on it for life, but I will need to be monitored by my forever family.  I came into rescue with a raging UTI and needed my shots and to be neutered.  I have had a dental, am up to date on my shots, neutered and ready to find my forever home!  If you are that special family for me, please fill out an application and be sure to ask for Jack!

Adoption Fee: $175

Hi everyone, I’m Jack. My foster mommy calls me – Jackie Boy. You can tell by my pic I’m just the cutiest little boy there is. Next week I go for my final check-up at the vets for my UTI. I’m sure I’m in perfect health now. Now, how can you not resist me !! I’m very well behaved, completely potty trained, love to give pug kisses & very layed back. I don’t bark much and I even get along great with my foster sisters (Pugs & Felines). Infact, we all sleep together. We even make room in bed for our foster mommy at night. The only thing I’m missing – MY forever home. Will you give me your heart & home?…Cause, I’ll give you my heart !!
