Update 4/6/12: We say goodbye to you Jack E. as you have now crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Jack E. had a blockage that no one knew about in his intestine. He passed away in his foster home this morning. We love you Jack E. and we will miss you. You were a part of the CFPR family and we will remember you always.
Update 12/18/11: I’m ready for my new home!!! I finished my Heartworm treatment and I am also completely recovered from my neuter surgery too! If you think you might have room in your heart and home for me please fill out an application today and ask for me JACK-E!!
Hi There! I’m Jack and I am a 3 year old male. I just recently arrived from a local shelter and I am heartworm positive. I will start my heartworm treatment this week and the whole process will take a little over a month. Once I complete treatment, I will need to be neutered, and receive all my shots. I love to play with toys. I am marking a little right now in the house, but I am in a new place and hopefully once I’m neutered, I won’t have the urge to do that. Please check back soon to see how I’m doing.

Jackie has gone through his second round of treatment to rid his body of those nasty Heart worms. He seems to be doing very well in his recovery. It still will be about 2 months before he is ready to go and meet his fans.

Brittany, our adoption coordinator would be able to tell you if he has any applications on him already. If you are interested in him, please feel free to put an application for adoption in on him. Jack E I had the great pleasure of knowing you and you were such a loving handsome boy. You were always good on the many trips we took to the different events. You will always have a special place in my heart. Bless you and run free and play hard!
Jack E … Boy do I sure miss you. Your funny skids into your dish each night. Your endless Velcro hours stuck by me as I did what ever I had to do.Especially your snuggles at night. You were my first pug that had to snuggle under the covers with me to go to sleep. hope the covers are comfy for you at the rainbow bridge my boy. xoxoxoxo my big guy.
