Popeye
Popeye was surrendered to rescue when his owner lost his job and could not take care of his medical needs. Popeye was diabetic and was having seizures when we took him in. He was in great care at Altamonte Animal Clinic and they worked so hard to get him well but could not get him regulated. His seizures were getting worse and he was not getting better. CFPR made the heartbreaking decision to let Popeye cross the bridge.
