Rescue Fest 2011
Thank you to everyone who came out to support us today at this event. We received donations and applications on some of our pugs. Thank you to our volunteers that participated and helped at this event today. Check back for pictures to come from this event.

RescueFest is a charity event aimed at recognizing and raising awareness of the importance of adopting animals. Our two main goals this year are to raise as much revenue to donate to local rescue groups and place our four-legged friends in permanent and happy homes!
It is a fun, festival type atmosphere with food, raffles, grab bags, and donations. All proceeds go to support the attending rescue groups. Various pet services including pet trainers, sitters, pet boarding, and veternarians will be available. Natural food and supplement representatives will also be attending to share their knowledge.
Not only do these animals need homes but the rescues are always in need of supplies, donations, and volunteers.

I will speak with my husband once he gets back from visiting his parents this Friday. We are owner’s of 2 pugs we rescued from the Oklahoma City Humane Society. We will indeed come out and support your cause because we love our furbabies. They are at the boarding kennel right now in South Korea where we are stationed and we are home on vacation.
